Sundays are for… digging through cook books, prepping, and planning for the week ahead to make sure I have something, even the simplest meals, on our table throughout the week. It’s definitely more time consuming than delivery or pre-made meals from your market, but its always healthier and more satisfying when it’s fresh and you know exactly what goes into your meal.
