Peanut Butter Marshmallow S’more Bites

A creamy peanut butter marshmallow and graham cracker crumble transform these brownies into little fudgey s’mores! They’re dramatic little bites that are going to be your new best friend.

  • 1 package of store bought brownie mix
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 7-oz. bag of marshmallows
  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup crushed graham crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix brownie batter according to package instructions.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat butter, add in the marshmallow and stir over low heat, allowing marshmallow to melt together, forming a creamy texture, about 3 minutes (don’t allow the bottom to burn). Add in the peanut butter and stir together. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, crush up your graham crackers.
  4. Spray a medium-sized baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Line the bottom with a thin layer of graham crackers. Top with the brownie mix and then top with marshmallow mixture.
  5. Using a fork, spread the marshmallow mixture across the top evenly, allowing some to fall into the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the brownie is cooked through, look at the package directions for further information on how long batter takes to cook.
  7. Allow to cool completely, then cut to desired size. Save or serve immediately.
