This is a Fall version of the classic Moscow Mule. We’ll admit, we sort of like to make it so we can use our Moscow Mule cups, but also because we love a specialty cocktail and nothing says seasonal like apples and cinnamon.
- 2 oz. apple cider
- 3 oz. hard apple cider
- 3 oz. ginger beer
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1 splash of cinnamon
- ¼ lime, juiced
- garnish: apple slices or cinnamon stick
- In a Moscow mule cup, combine all ingredients over ice.
- Garnish with the apples or cinnamon stick (however, if you’re making a lot of these this can be costly).
- Serve immediately.
