Apple Cider Mules

This is a Fall version of the classic Moscow Mule. We’ll admit, we sort of like to make it so we can use our Moscow Mule cups, but also because we love a specialty cocktail and nothing says seasonal like apples and cinnamon.

  • 2 oz. apple cider
  • 3 oz. hard apple cider
  • 3 oz. ginger beer
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 splash of cinnamon
  • ΒΌ lime, juiced
  • garnish: apple slices or cinnamon stick
  1. In a Moscow mule cup, combine all ingredients over ice.
  2. Garnish with the apples or cinnamon stick (however, if you’re making a lot of these this can be costly).
  3. Serve immediately.
