Copa Cabana Piña Colada Popsicle

You know what they say about people who don’t like piña coladas? The same thing that they say about people who don’t like popsicles. That they also don’t like fun. Make these. Have fun. That’s all.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. agave
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 cup rum
  1. In a blender, purée all ingredients.
  2. Pour into 10 popsicle molds and then freeze for 2-3 hours.
  3. Once ready to eat, run the mold under semi-warm water until it slips out.
