Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups coconut butter
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Matcha
  • ¾ cup agave
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • To Garnish (optional):
  • dried coconut flakes
  • chopped pistachios
  • chopped white chocolate chips
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse for 30 seconds. Do not over pulse or the coconut butter will separate.
  2. Scoop the mixture out and put into candy molds or in a container to freeze the fudge. Top with pistachios, coconut flakes, or any other topping you’d like. This is optional, we made ours plain and they were delicious. Then put into the freezer for two hours.
  3. Take out, pop out of molds or cut into pieces and top with desired garnish.
  4. Fudge can be kept in the freezer or refrigerator, covered in an air tight container, for 3 weeks.
