Dark Cherry – Rosé Sangria Popsicle

Sangria, cherries, and rosé — we don’t need to hear much more to say, “Yes way!” Turn it into a popsicle and we’re ready to turn up.

  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1 Tbsp. agave syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. soda water
  • 300-400 ml (about a half bottle) of rosé
  1. In a blender, purée the cherries, agave, and soda water.
  2. In 10 popsicle molds, fill up halfway with rosé .
  3. Add in the cherry mixture until the molds are filled up.
  4. Freeze for 2-3 hrs.
  5. When ready to eat, place the molds under a warm faucet and pull out.
