Carpe Dia Punch

We love a great punch bowl. Tequila and tea make this punch our go-to Cinco de Mayo group cocktail for a weekday party. Prep the morning of or night before, keep in the fridge and finish off with the beer and garnishes right before guests arrive.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups tequila
  • 1 ½ cups hibiscus tea
  • ½ cup blackberry syrup or another dark fruit syrup you can find in the specialty section of your super market
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 ½ cups Ginger Beer
  • To Garnish: blackberries and sage
  1. In a large punch bowl, fill with 3 cups of ice or a large ice block (as pictured). Add in all ingredients, except the ginger beer and garnishes.
  2. Once you’re ready to serve, top with ginger beer and garnishes.
