An all-pink Italian restaurant? We couldn’t believe it. And then, we did. With a team of fashion industry insiders at the helm, it’s no surprise that Pietro Nolita is not just pretty-in-pink, it’s aggressively, gorgeously, unapologetically pink. Or, as they like to say (on the shirts that the waiters wear), it’s Pink As *&^. We love the healthy-ish Italian restaurant for so so many reasons, but we’ll admit, the decor was the first major draw. Because we’re copycats, we wanted to bring some of that magical pinkness home. Here’s what we found to pink-ify our own pads in the hopes of being as cool as Pietro.
