Restaurant Rolodex: Let’s Party! But Also Eat…

We’re not sure if you’ve noticed, but the SUN has made some appearances in recent weeks. This can only mean one thing: Spring is coming, and with it, our social lives will return. This is reason enough to party. But also… we like to eat. So, as we’re always on the hunt for places that  combine #FAT’s fave pastimes (food + fun), we present a list of places where you can eat and get yo’ drink on. Outdoor live music, indoor bottle popping, or classic games with different kinds of good #eeeeeats, these spots will get your crew off the couch for Saturday Boozy Brunch, Late Night Dinners, and Sunday Fundays.

New Hot Hotel Spot: La Sirena
Taking over the Maritime Hotel’s outdoor/indoor restaurant and bar space, Mario Batali and Joe Bastianinch (the duo behind Eataly and gods of red sauce) have opened their latest restaurant and bar with tons of classics and some new takes on favorites for lunch, brunch, and dinner. The Meatpacking is a great place to drink and dine alfresco; we’ll be spending lots of time there this Spring.

Mega-Lounge & Restaurant: Vandal
The crew behind Tao and Lavo really like to party. So when we heard that they’d be opening a new mega-lounge on the LES, we were pretty psyched to see how over the top the #bottlepoppin would become. This place does not disappoint. With big rooms, street art on the walls, custom large scale art, upscale street food, and celeb sighting, this is the place to spend your party pennies.

Oldest Beer Garden in NYC: Bohemian Beer Garden
This 100-year-old Queens establishment is toted as the oldest beer garden in NYC. It’s big space has plenty of room for your whole crew, with a menu of classic beer garden fare plus grilled burgers and such, live music, and events throughout the season. It’s a little dirty, in the best way possible.
