July 12: Celebrate Bastille Day & French Restaurant Week

While the French Holiday may not happen until the 14th, NYC’s annual festival kicks off early on Sunday, July 12th. Celebrate at the 60th street festival.

Also, this year there’s an official French Restaurant Week which is more than a week July 4 – July 17th, probably the best excuse we can think of to overindulge on escargot and foie gras on the cheap.

July 13 – 16th: The Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival

The 12th annual festival celebrates Hip Hop culture of today and yesterday with lectures, exhibitions, and of course, concerts, featuring NAS, Fabolous, and more.

July 16 – 17: Coldplay at MetLife Stadium

Because come on, we should all admit that we all like Coldplay and always will. This year they’re hitting MetLife Stadium for a big time, outdoor summer bash, which is probably worth the trip to Jersey.

July 22 – July 24: Panorama Music Festival
From the same guys that put on Coachella comes a new NYC music festival featuring a pretty sick line up including Kendrick Lamar, Arcade Fire, and LCD Soundsystem. Grab your tickets and a ferry ride for the 2nd music festival of the year on Randall’s Island.

July 23 – July 24: Guns N’ Roses and Lenny Kravitz
