Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can of white beans, drained (save a little of the liquid in case dip is too thick)
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. white truffle oil, plus 1 tsp. for drizzling
- truffle salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in a food processor.

Add truffle salt and pepper to taste.

Add bean liquid if dip is too thick.

Put in a bowl and drizzle with truffle oil

Serve with crackers, endive, carrots, or anything you please!
This can be made up to 3 days before serving. Cover and refrigerate until an hour before serving.
