Jack’s Wife Freda’s Bootsy Collins

This is a Bootsy Collins Jack’s Wife Freda-style, which is our favorite style of all.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Tito's Vodka
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Lillet Rouge
  • 1 cup club soda (depending on size of glass)
  • To Garnish:
  • lemon wheel
  • mint

Print this Recipe
  1. In a highball, place 6 ice cubes.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the club soda and garnish, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake!
  3. Strain contents of cocktail shaker into the highball.
  4. Fill remainder of glass with club soda.
  5. Garnish with lemon wheel and mint.
