Ingredients
  • 1 lb. baby yukon potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 3 large cloves of garlic
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  1. Wash potatoes. Add into a pot, cover with water, and add in 1 tablespoon salt. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through, you can tell by using a fork or tooth pick to pass through flesh.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small food processor, mix all remaining ingredients, add in the oil last. Pulse for about 1 minute, until all of the garlic is finely diced. You can also do this with your knife and then mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Drain the potatoes. Add into a bowl and then mix in the mustard-pepper sauce. Set aside until you are about to serve the potatoes.
  4. When you’re ready to serve, heat up a grill on medium-high heat. Place the potatoes into a grill basket, place on grill and allow to brown on all sides, periodically turning so they do not burn. Take off grill after about 8 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
