White Bean Truffle Dip

This yummy white bean and truffle dip is an easy way to impress your guests. We’re talking real easy, people.

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can of white beans, drained (save a little of the liquid in case dip is too thick)
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. white truffle oil, plus 1 tsp. for drizzling
  • truffle salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Add truffle salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add bean liquid if dip is too thick.
  4. Put in a bowl and drizzle with truffle oil
  5. Serve with crackers, endive, carrots, or anything you please!

This can be made up to 3 days before serving. Cover and refrigerate until an hour before serving.
