The Green Machine Smoothie

Greens can be a part of every meal. Especially when they taste this good! This smoothie is packed with natural vitamins, proteins, and some fruits for good measure (and FLAVA). Even if you aren’t a huge kale fan, we promise you’ll like, if not love, this.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups tightly packed kale leaves, washed and roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter or Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 pear, cut into fourths
  • 1 tsp. agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or soy milk
  1. In a blender, add in the ice and then all ingredients, except the agave syrup.
  2. Blend until well incorporated. As the blender is still going, add in the agave syrup.
  3. Take out and drink immediately.

We love to add hemp protein, bee pollen, flax seed or chia seeds.
