Even though good old #globalization means we CAN get fruits and veggies in the winter months, that doesn’t mean that a) they’re always good or b) that we are very inspired to eat them when we could just eat carbs and cheese and hide under our sleeping bag coats. But now, even though it’s still blegh barf winter disgusting outside, we are ready for some freshness. Of our produce, of ourselves, of our outlooks. So you know what? We’re calling it. It’s time for Spring veggies and fruits and farmer’s market days. If we believe in ourselves Spring will come.
