Cold Weather, Soul Warming Dinner Dishes

Winter is officially here for most of us and since that means plenty of nights spent at home around a hot stove, candlelit dinner party, and cozy fires, I thought the best way to kick things off would be a round up of my favorite cold weather, soul warming dishes from 2017. I’ve had a lot of critics in my kitchen this past year and these have been stand out dishes for even the pickiest of eaters and know it all foodies. So, you shouldn’t worry who you’re inviting over or what you’re toddler might tell you.

For the new year, eat outside your usual recipe box with one of these spiced up, slow cooked dishes. Sometimes the least likely dish will be everyone’s favorite ** cue the Ginger Curry Slow Cooked Lamb Tagine**  And if you don’t own a tagine, I recommend getting one ASAP as its one of my favorite ways to cook a beautiful, made for the winter kind of dish, all done in one simple pot {click the link to buy mine from ABC Carpet and Home}. So as they say, keep warm and curry on, my friends. {Click the links below for the full recipes}
